IRFA’s Best Practices Awards programme has evolved considerably since beginning by recognizing Fund communication practices 35 years ago to include 6 areas of excellence and an award for entrants who meet the criteria on all counts. The programme ranks against local and international benchmarks and is endorsed and supported by the retirement sector both in South Africa and north of our borders. Our aim in presenting the programme has always remained consistent, to surface and share industry best practices for the benefit of members of retirement funds, Trustees and Management Boards. We support the programme by benchmarking and research, which determines awards categories, judging processes and criteria and welcome your entry in the process.
The IRFA Best Practices Awards Programme provides Funds and Service providers with the opportunity to showcase their practices and be recognised for the work they do. The evaluation is undertaken by subject-matter experts and the awards categories are based on the findings of our Best Practices industry research.
